Processing times: On our main page it states our current turn around time. This time is only an estimate, and may change at any time. I do a lot of custom orders and custom blending and this does affect the turn around time on occasion. All orders are processed in the order received no matter how small or large. The only exception to this might be if a needed ingredient is out of stock at the time of order filling.
Return Policy: Like most small cosmetics companies we do not do returns. For both cost and sanitary reasons.
Order errors: These do happen from time to time. In the instance of an order missing items, receiving incorrect items or something damaged in transit we may require a picture of the error to verify. However, we will always replace or correct our errors at no cost to you.
Lost, Missing and damaged packages: US packages-If your order is lost or damaged in shipping we will track the package (US only) and determine on a case to case basis.
International packages- Your package will receive a tracking number via stamps.com, however this is a very limited tracking number. To my knowledge it is show when it is scanned into the US Postal system and then scanned upon deliver. Packages can take up to eight weeks to be delivered. If after this time you have not received your package contact us at email@example.com. Replacement parcels will be determined on a case by case basis.
**Please note that We reserve the right to refund rather than replace an order or part of an order, at our discretion.
Order Cancellation- We reserve the right to cancel any order in part or in whole at our discretion.
Custom orders will require added processing time as well as prepayment.
Darling Girl Cosmetics does not condone or use any animal testing on any of the products created.
International customers: Darling Girl Cosmetics is not responsible for any import tax on international orders. Know your customs limits before ordering.
