International Customers Customs limits: Please know your countries customs limits. Darling Girl Cosmetics will not be liable for any taxes or fee's accrued by customs.
Shipping Insurance: At Darling Girl Cosmetics we like to pride ourselves on our customer service. We will always re-ship packages if they get lost in the postal limbo even though there is always some kind of tracking that shows we did indeed mail said package and that it was accepted into the US postal system. This is just good customer service in our opinion but it can get costly to re-ship duplicate orders so we will now require that ALL international customer's purchase shipping insurance or said order will be cancelled and refunded.
Why just international? The reason we are requiring only international customers to purchase this is insurance is because there is no tracking after the package leaves the United States whereas stateside orders can be tracked to the destination.
*Special note for those countries who have very strict customs regulations. The only one I can think of off hand is Italy where the import of cosmetics is prohibited. You are ordering at your own risk. If you do not purchase shipping insurance Darling Girl Cosmetics will not be liable for re-shipping lost packages.
